What is Ketosis?

Ketosis

Ketosis is a metabolic condition where the body starts using fat as its primary energy source and is an incredibly effective way to rapidly lose weight!!

Ketogenic diets should always be carried out under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional, albeit fully healthy.

A low carbohydrate diet and sugars should be stopped in order to achieve ketosis. Ketogenic diets are widely mistaken as being completely carbohydrates. It's false. Carbohydrates constitute an integral element of our diet and can never be avoided absolutely.

Once you start a ketogenic diet,

You should evaluate your health, lifestyle, and goals to see if this is the best way to eat.

You will start by following a simple ketogenic meal plan for 1 week when both of us agree that this is the best choice.

This week marks the launch of the low-carb lifestyle. You will be asked to calculate your ketosis level and log it every day to ensure that you consume enough carbohydrates in order to keep your weight loss safe for life.

Hunger is reduced drastically, cravings will vanish and appetite will grow dramatically once you are in ketosis (usually 3-4 days).

The ketogenic diets I recommend can be completely tailored to your tastes, dislikes, lifestyle, and goals while still producing outstanding results. Exercise is optional and encouraged, but it isn't necessary. Ketogenic diets are ideal for those who can't work out often.
